At the behest of The Chairman, Alton will take a fresh look at classic battles. Alton will explore, dissect and ultimately offer new insights about the Chairman's Secret Ingredients, mind-blowing cooking techniques, and Iron Chefs' individual approaches to their culinary confrontations.
